The Bridge City Police Department is seeking help from the public regarding the whereabouts of a male runaway juvenile, last seen in Bridge City on Friday, April 17th.

Francis Latiolais is a 16-year old White male, 5’6”, 130lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information regarding the location of Francis Latiolais is urged to call 911 or the Bridge City Police Department at 409-735-5028

He is believed to have committed a theft that occurred at Take 5 Car Wash on November 08. 2025 around 9:30 pm. PRESS RELEASE
DATE: March 4, 2025
EVENT: Fatality Crash

INFORMATION:
On Tuesday, March 4, 2025, approximately 5:14 am., the Bridge City Police Department received a 911 call about a two (2) vehicle crash in the 500 block of Texas Ave.
When Officers arrived on scene, they located two semi-trucks with trailers in the middle lane facing northbound.
The driver of the 2013 Peterbilt semi-truck was identified as 30-year-old black male, Raymond McCain III out of Port Arthur, Texas. Mr. McCain III was transported to St. Elizabeth emergency room for non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the 2016 Freightliner semi-truck was identified as 48-year-old white male, Keith Kuffler out of Iota, Louisiana. Mr. Kuffler was transported to St. Elizabeth emergency room for life threatening injuries. Mr. Kuffler later succumbed to his injuries.
During the investigation, it was determined the driver of the 2016 Freightliner semi-truck failed to control speed and crashed into the trailer that was being pulled by the 2013 Peterbilt semi-truck.
This investigation is ongoing.
