Today marks the 25th anniversary of the terrorist attacks that claimed the lives of nearly 3,000 Americans, including eight sons of Brick Township: John Badagliacca, Brett Bailey, Robert P. Devitt, Michael Diehl, John Perconti, James Sands, Thomas Sgroi and Christopher M. Traina.

Tonight, we gather at the Angel in Anguish Monument at Windward Beach Park to remember and honor the lives lost 25 years ago and to pay tribute to the families, friends, first responders and communities forever changed by that day.

We invite you to join us as we come together to remember, reflect and honor their memory.

The ceremony begins at 6pm.

The Laurelton Arts Society is back for another round of exciting arts workshops at the Brick Teen Center! Youth in grades 6–12 are invited to join us next Wednesday, September 16th at 4 PM for a Van Gogh-inspired tempera painting workshop. The South Brick Town-Wide Yard Sale is only three weeks away! The sale will be held on Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4. The Brick Recreations Winter Basketball Leagues are now accepting players in grades 3–12, with opportunities for both boys and girls to develop their skills, build confidence, and take their game to the next level. The Township of Brick is taking action on Data Centers. The Township Council will consider an ordinance at their September 8 meeting that establishes a formal definition of a data center and clarifies that data centers are not included within existing land use categories unless specifically permitted.
