Please join us in congratulating Jake Shemtob on successfully completing the New York State Firefighter 1 course this July! This rigorous training program covers essential skills in fire suppression, rescue, and firefighter safety and is required to be considered an "interior" firefighter.

Jake's dedication, determination, and countless hours of hard work have prepared him to step up and serve our community in a big way. We’re proud to have him on the team!

Great job, Jake! The best is yet to come!

🚒 Graduation Alert! 🚒

Join us in giving a huge congratulations to Luke Fuller, who graduated from Briarcliff Manor High School last night!

When he’s not hitting the books and winning science awards, Luke has been answering calls and serving the community as a proud member of the Briarcliff Manor Fire Department. This fall, he’s off to Rochester Institute of Technology—but he’s still part of the BMFD family, and we’re not letting him get away that easily!

Your BMFD family is proud of all you’ve accomplished, Luke, and can’t wait to see what’s next.

The Briarcliff Fire Company would like to welcome two new junior members to the company! Both Luke Ghazal and Matt Gradilone were members of the Explorer Post prior to turning 16 and joining as junior members. Congratulations to you both!

The Briarcliff Manor Fire Department was busy last night preparing for Santa's arrival and specifically Santa's ride around the village in a firetruck on December 22nd. Several special elves were dispatched to decorate the trucks with holiday lights and were seen stocking up with candy and doggy treats in preparation for this great event!

Briarcliff Fire Co would like to take a moment to recognize a few of our members who completed some significant training this summer!

Luke Fuller completed the Firefighter 1 "boot camp" in July. James Pastore earned his National Pro Board Firefighter 1, and Stephen Sugrue completed his Firefighter 1 in July!

Congrats to all three for their accomplishments!
