Twenty-five years later, the solemn vow of "Never Forget" remains deeply woven into the daily mission of the fire service🇺🇸
Today, on the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, the men and women of Barnett Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department pause to remember the 2,977 lives lost, including the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice answering the call in New York City.
No matter how many years pass, the courage, unity, and selflessness displayed by first responders on that day continue to anchor our commitment to protecting our own community. We honor those who fell, support the families who still carry the grief, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our brothers and sisters across the emergency services in keeping their memory alive🇺🇸
