Some of the sophomores, freshmen and foreign exchange students were able to go see “The Outsiders” play/musical in Denver this weekend. An AMAZING experience! These kids read the book in class last year. Exciting to see the novel come to life!
Huge shout out to Mrs. Kelly Schroeder for providing this experience to our students! Glad a few staff were able to join in the experience as well.

Our third graders are learning about force and motion. They have built Roadsters out of popsicle sticks. We are going to race them this afternoon. We will post who the winners are

Thank you to Chet Kuplen and Sports in Kansas for presenting to our JH and HS students about the impacts of social media and “think before you post.” He complimented our students on being engaged and respectful. He even wanted to highlight the 7 boys (+2 managers) and 7 girls out for HS sports this fall. Just because we are small, doesn’t mean we can’t compete.

We appreciate the community members who attended as well.

Braya was listed as a student with a happy smile and positive attitude at school. She knows how to make others feel good about themselves.

September Bulldog of the Month: Bentley Luckert

Bentley was recommended by staff and a student as being a positive role model and leader in the school. She is kind and makes others feel welcome.
