We are a volunteer ambulance corps that serves a distance of roughly 25 square miles in Brentwood and North Bay Shore. Since its inception in 1959 with just 25 members and a single ambulance, Brentwood Ambulance has grown to approximately 150 members and 8 ambulances. Twenty-five years later, the memories remain.

We remember those who lost their lives, the families that were forever changed, and the countless numbers, first responders and civilians alike, who ran in when others ran out.

We honor those who never came home, as well as those who came home carrying wounds that could not always be seen. We remember the members of our emergency services community who have since lost their lives to 9/11-related illnesses, and support those who continue to face the lasting effects of that day.

For those of us who wear the uniform and continue to serve, their courage is more than just history. It is part of the legacy we carry every time we answer the call.
We will Never Forget. 🕊️

Coffee, soda, juice, etc. still need to be supplemented with plenty of water during this kind of weather. Stay hydrated, stay cool, & stay safe!

Have a great and safe weekend with family and friends. Huge thanks to our own crews handling another hot one today, as well as everyone out there in EMS, FD, law enforcement, ER/hospital staff and our military personnel for working today so that others may stay safe. Please celebrate responsibly, don’t drive under the influence, and let the experts handle the fireworks.
