You won't want to miss our 4th Annual Scarecrow Festival on Saturday, October 25th! The Library will become the stomping grounds for the Scarecrow Contest with lots of lively Scarecrows created by individuals, businesses and community organizations who will vie for votes from festival guests. Who will go home with the trophy? The festival will take place from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. There will be fun act
