Hooray for BIRDS! 🦅 Thanks for coming out to learn about birds and reptiles with the World Bird Sanctuary. We learned things like:

🐢 If you want to help a turtle cross the road, it's important to make sure you place it in the direction it was originally headed! Otherwise, they can get lost.

🦆 Litter is very bad for birds and all creatures! Never litter.

🦉 Owls can hear your heart beat in your chest from all the way across a room!

Craftibility, a FREE craft and story time event for kids, is every Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. throughout the summer months.

At Craftibility, kids buddy up with adults from Easterseals to create a masterpiece together. Craftibility's mission is to teach children of all abilities to learn inclusivity and empathy through art.

We're STOMPING into summer with a BIG DINO BASH! St. Louis Dinosaur will introduce you to Iggy, a 7-foot tall dinosaur operated by a human from within.

Kids and families can do a meet and greet with Iggy on Saturday, May 30 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Broughton Park in Brentwood.

This event is free to attend. All ages welcome.

This project is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by the Missouri State Library, a division of the Office of the Secretary of State.
