🌱♻️ What an amazing day at Blueberry Park! ♻️🌱
On Saturday the Backyard Composting Workshop hosted by Washington State University Extension Master Gardeners was a huge success, bringing together gardeners, nature lovers, and community members for an afternoon full of learning, discussion, and hands-on education.

Participants explored the basics of composting, learned about soil health and the soil food web, and discovered practical ways to turn everyday food scraps and yard waste into nutrient-rich compost.
It was wonderful to see so many people eager to learn new skills and connect with others who share a passion for gardening and sustainability.

A big thank you to Kitsap Master Gardeners for sharing your expertise and providing this valuable educational opportunity at Blueberry Park.

Missed this workshop? Don't worry, more classes are on the way!
• Friday, June 5th | 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM
• Friday, September 18th | 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday, September 19th | 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
