Highland Blvd. will be closed beginning Monday, June 29, 2026 for paving, curbs, gutter and sidewalk projects. Highland residents will have access to their driveways. Additional closings will be at Bartlett St. at Highland Blvd., Purvis Ave. at Highland Blvd., and Oak St. and Highland Blvd.
