This is a great fund raiser for our fire departments. Please come out, get involved, make a donation and help us out. If you don't ride, come out and get some food. We use this donation to help us get equipment and expenses for the next year.

Y'all left us speechless. 💛

We've been trying to write this thank you all week and we keep coming up short.

From September 2nd through Sloan's birthday, gifts came in big and small, from folks down the road and folks who've never set foot in Stephens County, TX. Everett Cattle Co. matched every single one of them. No cap, no ceiling.

Together, that's $31,600 for the Caddo Texas VFD, Hubbard CREEK VFD, and Wayland Volunteer Fire Department.

That's fuel in the trucks and gear on the backs of the neighbors who answer the call out here. You did that, in Sloan's name, on his birthday week.

Thank you. From our family to yours.

Now come celebrate it with us. Our 10th annual ride rolls out of Breckenridge City Park on Saturday, October 3rd, and we'd love to see your face in the crowd.

Longhorn Fire. 32 acres 100% contained.

Volunteers are out helping put out the Longhorn fire. UT Longhorn fans were on fire last night, but this one’s gotta be extinguished.

A little Exodus 3:1-5 happening tonight except this bush did burn up.

Wayland joined forces with Mother Nature and the rain to extinguish a fire off CR 207 north of Ranger. And a second fire on Park Road 33 near PK from a lightning strike.

The rain is nice, but fire is still a danger.
