Poyo's Pavilion established April 8, 1968. It was known as Poyo's Racetrack in the late 60's early seventies. The property was used to raise cattle, horses, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, dogs and cats. Later the property was used to farm soybeans and crawfish. It was a little farm with lots of love from a southern town country boy and his wife. In honor of Poyo we will now call the Pavilion recent
