The Brazoria Police Department proudly congratulates Assistant Chief Edward Srebalus on successfully completing the Law Enforcement Command Officer Program through the Texas Police Chiefs Association and earning the professional designation of Law Enforcement Command Officer Professional (LECOP).
Completion of this advanced professional development program required Assistant Chief Srebalus to attend specialized training throughout Texas focused on the complex responsibilities of law enforcement leadership and command.
His training included leadership development, organizational health, integrity and accountability, patrol operations, internal affairs investigations, accreditation management, background investigations, special operations, traffic enforcement management, and effective law enforcement administration and management.
