I read an article where a person donated a piece of land for the particular purpose of installing a "Ten Commandment Monument". There were others that donated money and the results was a city in Texas has a large monument expressing the "Ten Commandments" for all to see. I would encourage the people of the city of Brazoria and those living around the city who support this idea to make it happen in our little town of Brazoria.

I would like all who feel strong about our city to think of some ways that might bring revenue into our city for improvements that would in turn bring in revenue to our city. Possibly an annual rodeo where food can be purchased, prizes for various events could be awarded and tickets could be sold for entry and admission? This project might be sponsored by civic organizations, active Brazoria citizens, and or private financial support with all proceeds going to the improvement of the city such as sidewalks, lighting etc. All improvements would be focused on improving the possibilities of the city making money to benefit the city and thus the people working and living in and around the city. A few scholarships could also be thrown in to benefit some youths participating in youth events. Just a thought for others to think about and see if it sounds realistic or not.
