Today, I was honored to chair the local recount commission in Clay County. This marks the fourth recount commission I’ve been court appointed to. Clerk Nichole Keller and staff did an amazing job of sorting and labeling election materials post election. This was the smoothest recount I’ve been involved with. Election night reporting was confirmed, down to the exact vote totals!

Come into the Election Office, Room 211, for a School Board packet with the required forms.
Please Note - the Election Office will be CLOSED on June 8th and 9th in order to attend an annual conference!

I realize we just got thru the Primary Election, but May 19th will be here before you know it! School Board candidate packets are ready for pickup in the Election Office, Room 211. There will be 3 At-Large positions on the November ballot. 🏫🚌
