Launch Academy will be closed tomorrow (Tuesday) due to continued frigid temperatures. Hopefully relief is coming Wednesday. I greatly appreciate and thank Clay Community School Corporation for making the decision to cancel early. So helpful and definitely right decision. God bless! I ask all businesses to be understanding and patient with workers who have children. Some of these people have no family and no help! Some have family members but they are all working. Moms who work have a very hard job and they have many hats they wear. But their most important job is to be a mother. If they have no one to watch their child there are 2 options let them stay home without penalty or bring their kids with them. (Which is not a good idea because they will be out in the elements.) Dangerous for children. Our children are the future of our world. Any business that is successful uses compassion, courage, gratitude and forgiveness in their practice. I dont care what business you operate these words are your key to success. Tomorrow's word of the day is compassion. God bless, stay safe, and stay warm.
