Girl Scouts will be running the concession stand this upcoming Sunday 8/30 for the last concert of the summer by Brazil Concert Band. Their menu will be:
Italian Beef
Pulled Pork
Hot Dogs
Chips
Dessert
Pop/water
Come out, support our local Girl Scouts in their fundraising efforts and enjoy the last concert of the year.

Kairos Prison Ministry will be serving at the park concession stand this Sunday 8/23 5:30- ? Please come support their efforts, eat some great food and enjoy the concert by Brazil Concert Band.

The Brazil Parks and Recreation Department would like to thank Putnamville Correctional Facility. We appreciate your work crew and all the effort they put forth. Their assistance in clearing the storm damage at our parks was a tremendous help.

Forest Park is open to pedestrians traffic. Crews have most of the storm damage cleaned up. Please be mindful of small limbs and debris that me be in grassy areas of the park. If you see crews working please stay clear for your safety. Thank you for your patience while we addressed the storm damage.

Due to severe storm damage, Forest Park is closed to all pedestrians foot traffic! Vehicles may travel cautiously on the roadways if absolutely necessary. Please do not enter park property at this time. We will update when conditions are safe.

Slick areas have been treated. Hopefully this will prevent the slipping by the children. If anyone notices slick conditions be sure to report this to the park superintendent.

Christmas in the park will be serving in the concession stand this evening. Baked spaghetti, salad, garlic bread and dessert. Come enjoy some good food, help out Christmas in the park and support our Brazil concert band.
