Today, AirCare 6 had the honor of spending time with Jordan and his mom. Several months ago, our crew responded to care for Jordan after a terrible accident. Seeing him today, after such a miraculous recovery, was truly special. We were grateful for the opportunity to share lunch, catch up, and celebrate his incredible journey forward.

Today we had the pleasure of working with Culpeper County Office of Emergency Services to transfer a patient in need of a specialty care center.

The Culpeper crew made a great call by opting to meet us at the airport, thus saving valuable time.

Thanks to the Culpeper Airport crew for making sure the ambulance was able to reach the flight line without delay. You guys and gals rock!

Today we worked with our colleagues from Salem Volunteer Fire Department and Rappahannock County Fire/Rescue to transfer a trauma patient to appropriate care. Great teamwork by all!

‘Twas a cold winter night, and the aircraft were huddled in the relative warmth of the hangar.

We’re clearing the snow, and we should be flyable later tonight!

Be safe out there tonight! Don’t venture out unless you really have to. But if you do venture out and things end up sideways, we’ll be there to help.
