Join us in congratulating Grayson Seghini of Recon Restoration, our September Connector of the Month! 🌟

If there’s an opportunity to connect, serve, or get involved, there’s a good chance you’ll find Grayson there. He consistently attends ribbon cuttings to support fellow members, volunteers his time, sponsors Chamber events, and brings valuable ideas and conversation to committee meetings. This year, he has taken that involvement even further as a member of the 2026-2027 Leadership Rankin Class.

That commitment has earned Grayson Connector of the Month for the second time this year, making him the first Connector to receive the recognition twice in a single year!

Grayson is a great example of what happens when you don’t just join the Chamber, but truly plug in. We appreciate the time, energy, and enthusiasm he continues to invest in the Rankin Chamber and our business community. Congratulations, Grayson! 👏

A common misconception about Chamber membership is that it is primarily for the business owner, but your Rankin Chamber membership can create opportunities for your entire organization.

Send your sales team to build relationships. Give an emerging leader the opportunity to serve on a Chamber committee. Let employees attend Lunch & Learns and professional development programs. Get your marketing team involved in promotional opportunities. Encourage your team to attend ribbon cuttings and community events.

With 50+ events annually, committees, educational opportunities, community service projects, and programs like Leadership Rankin, there are multiple ways for different members of your team to get involved.

The question is not just, “What can Chamber membership do for me?” It is “What could Chamber membership do for my organization?”

Last week, our Leadership Rankin Class stepped away from the office and into an opportunity to build relationships and set the foundation for the year ahead.

Throughout the retreat, class members learned more about one another’s personalities and leadership styles, participated in team-building activities, and officially kicked off planning for Krewe de Roux 2027. It was a great start to what we know will be a meaningful year of learning, connection, and service.

We look forward to sharing more of their Leadership Rankin journey throughout the year. For now, here’s a glimpse of our time together!
