UPDATE - CURRENTLY IN FOSTER TO ADOPT

This sweet little girl is Lucy, and she is ready to find the forever family she deserves! π₯ΉπΆ
Lucy is a 3-month-old Hound/lab mix (we believe) who has been spending some time in a wonderful foster home while she gets ready for adoption. She didnβt have the easiest start in life, but her foster family has been helping her learn what it means to feel safe, loved, and cared for. β€οΈ
Lucy will be available for adoption after her spay surgery tomorrow! We do NOT place holds, so whoever is the first person to complete their adoption paperwork will have the opportunity to take this sweet girl home. π‘π
And just listen to how wonderful she is already:
πΎ Working hard on potty training β and doing really well! Of course, sheβs still a puppy, so accidents can happen while sheβs learning.
πΎ Learning how to sit
πΎ Absolutely wonderful in her crate and sleeps perfectly through the night in it!
πΎ Loves playing and running around the yard
πΎ Has been great with her fosterβs dogs
πΎ Does AMAZING with cats and respects their space
πΎ Did well with chickens β although she was a little unsure when they walked toward her π
πΎ She is definitely teething, so bones are one of her favorite things!
Lucy may be a little shy or scared when she first meets you. But once she realizes she is safe and can trust you, her goofy personality comes shining through. π₯Ήπ She is truly just a silly, playful puppy who wants someone to love her.
Her foster family says:

Lucy is still a puppy, which means she is still learning. She will need a family who understands that potty training, manners, teething, and basic obedience take patience and consistency. But in return, youβll get a goofy little girl who loves to play, loves her people, and is ready to learn what having a forever home feels like. π₯°
Lucy deserves a warm home, a safe place to sleep, a family who will be patient with her, and most importantly, a family who will love her for the rest of her life. π‘β€οΈ
