Vitra Health offers several services for elderly and disabled persons to ensure individuals maintain their health, wellness and independence. This allows individuals in need or seniors to remain at home with the help of an assigned nurse and case manager. If someone already has a family member or friend taking care of them, we offer services consisting of financial assistance, caregiver support and medical oversight.

We had the honor of celebrating José's 105th birthday with his family, friends, and community. 🎂

José's life reminds us that every older adult brings a lifetime of wisdom, love, and experiences that enrich our communities. Caring for them is about more than meeting their needs. It is about honoring the legacy they continue to share with each generation.

We were proud to present José with Vitra Health's inaugural Living Legacy Award in recognition of his remarkable life and lasting impact.

Happy 105th Birthday, José! Thank you for allowing us to be part of such a special celebration.

July is UV Safety Month. Protecting your skin and eyes from ultraviolet (UV) rays helps prevent sunburn, premature aging, and skin cancer.

- Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher.
- Wear sunglasses that provide UV protection.
- Wear a wide-brimmed hat and protective clothing.
- Seek shade between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when UV rays are strongest.
- Stay hydrated during outdoor activities.

🎉 Celebrating the Latino students of Lawrence last week was a wonderful reminder of the bright future being built by the next generation.

Through our partnership with El Mundo Boston, we were honored to recognize high-achieving students at a Red Sox game and provide over 60 students with a backpack to support their academic journey.

At Vitra Health, caring for our communities goes beyond healthcare. It is a privilege to give back and celebrate the students who are shaping tomorrow.
