We're moving our communications to another page soon. Please follow our wider organization's page, Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, to stay connected with us!
Too many youth in Minnesota are facing nights without stable housing, increasing their risk of exploitation and contributing to health and education challenges. Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is here to provide support.
For any young people experiencing housing instability, trafficking or exploitation, our experienced teams offer housing options, food, clothing and connections to community resources without judgement:
Cherish All Children partners with churches and communities to offer presentations, resources and tools for adults and youth to promote healthy and safe relationships.
Street Outreach provides referrals to shelter, housing, employment, behavioral health services and other resources as well as supplies youth with sanitary products, bus tokens, warm hats and gloves, and other basic supplies.
Safe Harbor offers a network of regional navigators who are located throughout the state. They connect youth and young adults who have experienced exploitation and trafficking with resources and support. Safe Harbor also focus on prevention, training, case consultation and technical support for other organizations.
Youth Resource Centers offer support to youth, ages 16 through 24, who are experiencing homelessness. Services include food pantries, clothing closets, education planning, housing referrals, case management, connections to area resources and more.
