🚑🚒 The City of Bradford Fire Department is getting safer and more connected. This is for all residents that we serve within the City of Bradford and our surrounding communities we provide ambulance services to.

We are excited to announce that we are implementing Community Connect through First Due reporting software for all Bradford area residents. This program allows residents and businesses to securely share important information directly with Fire and EMS responders before an emergency happens.

Community Connect gives you the opportunity to provide details such as:
âś… Emergency contact information
âś… Household members with special needs or mobility concerns
âś… Pets in the home
âś… Access information for your property
âś… Medical information you want responders to know
âś… Business and building information for commercial properties

This information is voluntary, secure, and only accessible to emergency responders when needed — helping us respond faster, smarter, and safer during emergencies.

By working together, we can improve emergency response and better protect our community.

🚑TRIPLE EMS CALL🚑

All city ambulances were committed. Two ambulances were able to quickly get back in service, while another transported to OGH. Off duty personnel were called in to cover any additional calls.

We want everyone to know that we have EMS equipment on our fire apparatus and we have an ALS equipped paramedic unit. If needed we will respond in one of these units and initiate care until a transportable unit becomes available.

Navigating longer transport times for nearly every call is a new challenge for our department, running multiple calls at once is something we do on a regular basis.
