We are saddened this holiday season. Chuck Hart passed today at 4:12 pm after a long and valiant struggle against cancer. Chuck is the husband of Lisa Hart, our CEO and had served as a part time associate from time to time. He will be missed and our thoughts and prayers are with Lisa and her family.

The JTS Association has recently upgraded it's computer simulation program used for promotional processes. This was accomplished with the assistance of Digital Combustion out of California. We now have the system 6 version of Fire Studio for our use. Fire Studio, as developed and administered by Digital Combustion is one of the finest, if not the finest computer simulation program for the fire service. We recommend it highly. Go to and see for your self.

In addition to adding Raleigh, NC to our list of clients we are also pleased to report that we are busy through mid December with the following processes: Port Orange Lieutenants; Boca Raton EMS Captains; The Villages Lieutenants & Captains; Lake County Lieutenants; and Pompano Beach Captains. After the new year a process for the West Palm Beach Captains will join Raleigh BC's.

The firm is especially proud of the work it is accomplishing with all of the assistance from the various associates. We have been notified by the Raleigh, NC Fire Department that we have been selected to develop and administer the 2017 assessment process for Battalion Chief.
