Due to the current situation with the COVID-19 outbreak and efforts by local, state and federal authorities to curtail the spread of the virus, many Montana Opticom customers who rely on our internet, phone and IPTV services will be working, attending online classes and videoconferencing from home or other remote locations.
In our efforts to accommodate our customers, Montana Opticom will suspend data caps from all Fiber Optic Based Internet accounts effective Friday March 13, 2020.
As a local Gallatin Valley business, we at Montana Opticom are sensitive to the financial impact this situation is having on our economy. It is our goal during this uncertain time to continue to provide the world class internet service you have come to expect.
To insure that our customers are able to maintain connectivity throughout this ordeal, Montana Opticom will be offering to create special billing arrangements for customers suffering severe financial setbacks during this time.
