The Box Elder Police Department is seeking information related to an investigation involving a reckless driver on June 9.

If you witnessed the vehicle being driven recklessly in Antelope Ridge, or have photos or videos, or can provide a statement about what you saw that day, we encourage you to contact the Police Department. The individual who we believe is responsible for this behavior is in custody on unrelated charges.

If you have information to share, please contact the Box Elder Police Department by the non-emergency number 605-923-1401. Even small details may help investigators piece together what occurred.

Yard Waste Tote Pickup Update 🌿

Due to mechanical issues, today's yard waste pickup has been postponed until tomorrow. If you have yard waste set out for collection, please leave it curbside, and crews will collect it tomorrow.

The Box Elder Police Department is asking for the public's help following an incident yesterday in which a vehicle struck a bicyclist and left the scene.

Investigators are seeking any information that may help find the driver of a white Kia Sedan. If you witnessed the incident or noticed anything unusual in the area, we encourage you to reach out. Even seemingly minor details could assist in identifying the vehicle and driver involved. Contact Officer Joseph Young at [email protected] or call 605-923-1401.

Road Closure Begins Monday🚧

🚧225th Street will be closed just east of the Tower Road intersection starting Monday, June 8th, through Tuesday, June 9th for utility work. Traffic will be able to proceed north, south, and west of the 225th Street and Tower Road intersection.
