Chippewa Cree Tribe Vocational Rehabilitation Program-CCTVRP These records are kept in a secure file under lock and key.

CCTVRP provides assistance to American Indians enrolled in any State or Federally recognized Tribe, that live within Rocky Boy Indian Reservation, and has documented physical/mental disability that impedes ability to find/maintain employment. The Chippewa Cree Vocational Rehabilitation Program obtain your personal records; these may include but not limited to: medical, psychological, employment,

school, others determined necessary to document your disability, and/or VR needs. All records obtained by this office are for VR purposes only, Federal Regulations require these records to be maintained for a period of 5 years after case closure.
