BikeWalk BG BikeWalk BG is a movement seeking to encourage biking and walking for all of Bowling Green.

BikeWalk BG is powered by you, but is carried out by multiple agencies in many different facets. Building a connected sidewalk network, constructing Greenways facilities, and installing bike lanes takes a lot more thought and effort than you might think. PSA: A clump of about a dozen Sassafrass trees near the Kereiakes Park playground with fungal disease is scheduled to be removed Monday, August 31. Please expect limited access or road closure to Mt. The 6th Annual Mammoth-ON returns to Mammoth Cave National Park on September 27 with a uniquely Kentucky combination: a two-mile cave tour, two-mile hike and 18-mile bike ride, all inside the national park.
The non-competitive event is hosted by Friends of Mammoth Cave National Park and offers participants a pretty incredible way to explore one of Kentucky’s most recognizable landscapes while getting active. Space is limited.
