We are excited to announce that DeLanna Williams has been appointed as the new Executive Director of Community Education of Bowling Green-Warren County.

DeLanna brings a wealth of experience in education, program management, and community service, along with a passion for children, families, and lifelong learning. We look forward to the leadership and vision she will bring as we continue our mission of connecting people, resources, and opportunities throughout our community.

Please join us in welcoming DeLanna at a community reception on Monday, June 8, from 12:30–1:30 p.m. at Community Education, 1227 Westen Street.

We are looking forward to this exciting new chapter!

For YEARS, we have had the support of the Bowling Green, KY Kiwanis Club as a Dream Maker (Title Sponsor) for Stand for Children Day, and we continue that relationship into this new year.

So please mark your calendars NOW to join them, American Bank & Trust, and WellCare of Kentucky for the 28th annual Stand for Children Day on Wednesday, June 17, from 9-11 a.m. at the BG Ballpark.

Another great Bowling Green, KY Kiwanis Club meeting today. Thanks to Bill Rector with Warren County Fire Department System for providing us with the history of the department and sharing the future plans to protect our community. Kiwanis is proud to continue our support of Community Education, Bowling Green Warren County, Ky. And their Stand For Children Event. Kiwanis has given over 1 million dollars to non profit organizations across our community and I’m proud to serve as President but even more proud to serve alongside so many others that serve not to better themselves but to better our community!
