I am very pleased to announce that Caroline County Land owners may now register for our new Property Notification site This service is provided by our land records Vender, Logan Systems Inc. You will be able to register to be notified by e-mail if a document with the requested name is filed in our office. The site will provide instructions and additional details. This service will be very helpful in determining if a land record document has been recorded pertaining to your real estate title. You may access the site from the Caroline Circuit Court Secure Remote Access site below.

***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***

Hello Caroline County Residents,

I am excited to announce my candidacy for re-election as your Clerk of Caroline Circuit Court.

First, I want to wholeheartedly thank everyone who voted for me in 2015. I sincerely hope that my seven-plus years as your Clerk have proved your vote was well served.

As your Clerk, I have strived to ensure that our Circuit Court Clerk's Office provides fair, efficient, and friendly customer service to all. As the Circuit Court is the Court of Record, every document we handle affects someone's life and my goal is to handle that document as if it was my own.

I have embraced new technology pertinent to Circuit Courts as it has become available and will continue to do so. The implementation of electronic e-filing for land records and adding online credit card payments for court costs are some examples of cutting-edge technology now available to the public. I also expanded our online secure remote access for searching our land record index to include index searches at no charge to provide accessibility to more of our public.

I have applied for and been granted multiple Grant Awards through the Library of Virginia to conserve and preserve Caroline County historical records housed in the archives of the Virginia State Library.

I am proud of the work that I and my circuit court team have done to ensure that Caroline County Circuit Court is efficient, accessible, and customer oriented.

If re-elected I will continue to focus on the following priorities:
Providing outstanding customer service.

• Improving the efficiency of our Clerk's Office and Court system by continuing to implement new technology as available.
• Preserving Caroline County history for future generations.
• Continue Circuit Court employee training including the Master Deputy Clerk program

My 14 years of experience as a deputy clerk and seven-plus years as your Clerk make me the best candidate for the office of Clerk of Circuit Court. I am asking for your vote once again on Election Day, November 7, 2023.
