Merry Christmas, all! We have had a great season of lights at the Woodland Mall. Being a new location, the first year is always the year to establish the show and get it off the ground. We are all excited to see what these next couple years will bring, as growing bigger and brighter is already planned for next year! Tonight will feature 2 new songs and will go from 5:30PM-Midnight! The show will continue through January 1st, 5:30-11PM and 5:30-12AM on New Years Eve. Thank you to all who have stopped by and made this year so great! Good Morning, All! We are just under 12 hours until the first ever Miracle on North Main at the Woodland Mall! Featured, are over 92,000 LEDs all programmed to powerful holiday tunes, that are broadcasted over 103.3FM, and can be heard out front in the parking lot. After a couple changes this year and some decisions that have been made, we are all very excited about the light show and it's new location. Though being very, time crunched due to last minute decisions, the setup season was wonderful. Many, many warm days and very long working periods make this show happen, as well as the help of Julie's Dance Studio, Ltd. The Woodland Mall welcomes viewers to park their cars and enjoy the show, or go ahead and walk around out and inside the mall. The Coffee Shop inside the mall, is also offering 25 cent hot chocolate during the entire duration of the show, perfect for warming up!
The show will run 6pm-11pm everyday until New Years Day. Currently, the song loop holds 4 songs, but we will be adding many more throughout the season. Check back here on the page to find out the latest additions and info to come! So come on out today, November 25th at 5:40 PM as we flip the switch for the first inaugural, lighting ceremony, as the lights go on at 6PM. Once again, thank you to everyone for your support and cheer for making this happen! We would absolutely love to grow this show each year to make it many times bigger, with your help! Merry Christmas, all! What a great (and warm) season we have had this year. It has been a great year at the new location! The plan for next year is to be bigger and much more music! Hello, everyone! For starters, my name is Drake Doren, I am 18 years old, and the one behind "Holidays on Hilt". I want to say thank you for the attention and feedback I have received over the last 6 years that I have done the Christmas display, I truly appreciate it and love what it has grown into.
Since I have started this next chapter in my life, I had since moved out, and started college.. but, this isn't going into the direction you think...
I had moved to Downtown Bowling Green. So I'm still fairly local, if not- more now. Since moving, the Executive Director of Downtown Bowling Green, Barbra Ruland, and I were having a talk and we had sparked an idea a few months back.
With complete excitement, I am proud to say, the display will be moving to Main Street, Downtown Bowling Green. Named "Miracle on Main Street", the display will sill have your favorite mix of music listenable on your car radio, thousands of lights, and all programmed to the music- in two locations(hoping to grow bigger each and every year)!!
That being said, I hope you all enjoy the new location of the display and have a great holidays season. The page will still be up, and will keep you updated on the latest with Miracle on Main throughout the season. All of us at Downtown Bowling Green cannot wait to see everyone who comes out to the new display throughout the season- starting November 20th. As we get closer to Christmas, more songs have been added to the light show! As a special tribute, Bowling Green's own DePue Brothers Band, "Sleigh Ride" from their latest Christmas album titled "When It's Christmas Time" has been added! Be sure to check it out!

The weather for this year's setup may have been harsh, but the lights are now up and running for the 2014-2015 season! Added this year are 32 more channels and 10,000 more LED lights! Merry Christmas Eve everyone! Looks like we're getting a couple flurries of snow these next couple of days. Even small amounts of snow make the lights look more beautiful! For Christmas Eve and Christmas Day the lights will run from 6 PM-12 AM! Come on out, enjoy time with loved ones, and share the spirit of Christmas with everyone!
