**Join us every day for a hot meal and conversation! We ask a $1.00 donation towards the cost of the meal for ALL Elders 55+ and $3.00 for all non-Elders

Chore service~available to Elders who reside within our service area
Activities~We have an array of activities every month from BINGO, card games, Wii Bowling, crafts, field trips, exercise classes & MORE! Call or come in and see what

we have going on.
**Please note that some of our activities are funded through tribal dollars and for tribal members, their spouses, widows/widowers, significant other of living enrolled members and those of whom are disabled and 40+ and older. Please contact our office for more information and to see if you qualify. Benefit Specialist~available to assist you with your Scoial Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and any Tribal benefit need. Elderly Visitor~visits each and every tribal Elder within the year(within service area). Assess family service needs and makes appropriate referrals and follow ups. Transportation~weekly shopping trips to Shawano, monthly shopping trip to Green Bay, home bound meal delivery
