the City of Bowie Farmers Market is open every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of Bowie High School through October 25.

Shoppers can browse a wide variety of locally grown produce, fresh flowers, plants, artisan breads, pastries, freshly brewed coffee, and handcrafted goods. Each week, local farmers and vendors bring an ever-changing selection of products perfect for meals, gifts, and seasonal favorites.

Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and serves as a time for reflection, remembrance, and celebration of freedom. There will be no trash or recycling collection that day. Collection services will resume on your next regularly scheduled pickup day.
