Remembering, while discovering how local Native Americans lived, brought me closer to a higher appreciation for what was lost. For 3+ years I walked and I searched. Two small Greenstones, then a large piece of broken lighthouse lens, marked the destination I was seeking. Opening the first door of many. As for my perspective, I could assert the many things that this work has done to enrich, and enhance my life to this date. The story and my work on it protected me, healed me, drove me, enlightened me, disciplined me, nurtured me, and more. In other words, it gave to me what I needed, as I needed it, no barriers. I gave everything I worked for in my life away in 2014, a 5 million dollar estate. In exchange, I received a new life; A life full of Gratefulness, and to truly live to care for others. This Story and its Strength come from its journey and the people who left it behind. Long ago, a Violent Metamorphic event destroyed most of these People and covered the World here in Ash.
