Due to an air conditioning issue, we will not host the Bowdon Elementary Kindergarten graduation on May 20, 2025. It will be held at Bowdon Baptist Church.

PSA: Ticket sales for our Unplugged event have ended. This means the Eventbrite link will no longer work. The venue officially holds 496 people, and we have filled 400 seats. 🙌🏼

So, you may pay $20 (cash) at the door, and still join us for a real night with Jesus. Doors open at 5:30pm, and the magic begins at 6:30. I’ll be telling the stories and my Sugar Daddy will be providing the music. Warning: This is not your typical church event - not even a little bit. I think a more fitting name is “Redneck Revival.” 😂 We hope to see you there.

The fear of missing out should be high because it’s guaranteed to be a memorable night for Jesus. I’m bringing my Sugar Daddy and the Caboose. It’s Unplugged and Unfiltered - like a real relationship with Jesus should be.

You’ll hear stories from me, great music from my Sugar Daddy and crew, and the Caboose will be managing the Oh, Honey Swag Shop with a few of his friends.

This night is for friends AND significant others. That’s code for “Get your hubby off the couch!” If he doesn’t like my stories, he’s gonna love the music. I’ve seen the playlist. 😉 We plan to shut it down, folks.

We are so excited to host this show at Copeland Hall in October! Better get your tickets!

Three things:

#1. Have you ever heard of multi-level marketing? Oh, I’m sure you have. You can’t mention the words “dieting or make-up” without people pitching their products with more passion than a Jehovah Witness. (And, I say that with love because they’re the only ones I know brave enough to share their faith with strangers, neighbors, or anyone entering the Winder post office.)

What about no marketing? Have you heard of that? That would be someone working on a retired teacher’s budget like me. That’s code for: YOU are my only vehicle for sharing the good news with the world. Please continue to like, comment, or share a post. The impact that makes reaches all the way to heaven.

#2: The Marriott in Carrollton has reserved a block of rooms (at a cheaper rate) for our big event in Bowdon on October 12th. Several people mentioned the possibility of their church making it a women’s retreat night or a couples’ retreat night. I think that is an AMAZING idea and totally worth the 24 hours away from home. I’m including the link in the comments for anyone who would like a night of meaningful stories, great music, and plush bed linens. 🙋🏻‍♀️

#3: Copeland Hall will seat 500 people. We have sold 175 tickets and 35 have been reserved for our crew and a few last minute raffles. Do the math. That’s 210 tickets in under a week. 🙌🏼 While that still leaves 290 tickets, they’re not gonna last, folks - especially if those churches decide to take a road trip. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. And don’t come crying to me. I’m gonna refer you right back to this June post. 😜 (I’ll put the link for tix in the comments.)
