Veterans Assistance Commission of Kankakee County Our purpose is to help provide rent, utilities, food, and hygiene assistance to low/no income veterans.

We also have accredited service officers experienced in filing disability and pension claims with the Department of Veterans Affairs. We also have accredited service officers capable of filing disability and pension claims with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
