Crawford County R-I is proud to partner with Lasting Hope AG and Convoy of Hope to help support children in our community this summer.

Beginning in June, food packages will be available every Friday for children ages 4-18. Families may pick up packages at Bourbon Elementary between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

You do not have to be enrolled in Summer School to receive a package. This opportunity is open to all eligible children in our community.

We are grateful for community partners who help ensure our students have access to nutritious food throughout the summer months.

Location: Bourbon Elementary
Dates: Every Friday in June
Time: 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Ages: 4-18 years old

Please help us spread the word so families who may benefit are aware of this opportunity. Parents can come pick up the packages you do not have to bring your students with you to pick up.

Our K–3rd grade Summer School students had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful weather at the park! From running and playing to making memories with friends, it was a great day filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of fun. We love seeing our students learn, grow, and make the most of their summer adventures together!

Due to a scheduling change, the Owensville Pool field trip originally planned for Friday, June 12 has been rescheduled to Friday, June 19.

Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. We look forward to a fun and exciting day at the pool! We will continue to update with any new information.

Our 3rd graders put their creativity and knowledge to work by building animals and insects with mini LEGO sets!

As part of our biome studies, students identified which biome their animal or insect calls home and learned more about the unique environments found around the world. It was a fun, hands on way to explore science while letting their imaginations shine!

ICYMI: here is our Event Preview for June and July! For Summer Reading, we have all sorts of fun planned for all ages from 0 to 199! Ranging from Kids Klubs on volcano making, to teen book clubs, to adult programs on American troops, we've got a program or event for everyone to enjoy!🦖🇺🇸

On the last day of school, our 1st through 4th grade students gathered to celebrate one another during the End of Year Awards Ceremony! We are so proud of all the hard work, growth, and accomplishments our students achieved throughout the year. Congratulations to all of our amazing Warhawks!
