Absentee applications are heading out in Monday's mail! 📮

If you plan to vote absentee, please ensure all highlighted fields shown below are fully completed before returning your application so it can be processed.

How to return your completed application:
📬 By Mail: Send to Bottineau County Auditor's Office, 314 5th St W, Ste 10, Bottineau, ND 58318
📫 Drop Box: Place it in the secure drop box located right outside the courthouse
🏛️ In Person: Bring it up to our office (first window on your right at the top of the stairs) open Mon-Fri from 8:30AM to 5PM

This notice is hereby given that at 9:00 a.m. on July 14th, 2026, in the Commissioner's Room at the Bottineau County Courthouse, the Bottineau County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold their monthly zoning meeting and to review the Bottineau County Zoning ordinance on the following topics:
Data Centers, Livestock Feeding Operations pertaining to NDCC 58-03-11.1 and 11-33-02.1
