Adults and children older than 6 months can drink the tap water. However, if you are pregnant or have specific health concerns, you may wish to consult your doctor.

Okay, I am here to explain the orange paper in your waterbills about senate bill 593.

Every 6 years the city patrons have to vote as whether to have an election or not. It is time to vote to Senate bill 593.

This is if there is one open position on the board and one person signs up we do not have to have an election. If no one signs up or if two people sign up we have to have and election.

By voting yes in the April election this could save the city approximately any where from $1500.00 to 5000.00 an election depending if there is something else on the ballot at that time.

I hope this explains it to everyone. The note in the bills was to inform you what would be on the ballot at the April election.
