We strive to unite the people of Massachusetts to defend our rights, liberties, and democracy, to uphold the constitutional rule of law, and to stand against tyranny in all its forms. Through grass-roots organizing, rallies and events, and amplifying messages of hope and nonviolence, we aim to oppose the dictatorial ambitions of President Trump, the unlawful dismantling of essential government programs by Elon Musk, and Project 2025.

While Lowell was busy voting in the Primary, the City Council quietly took up a motion on Flock cameras. Surveillance moves fastest when nobody’s watching, and that’s exactly the point.

Flock-style ALPR cameras aren’t just reading license plates. They’re logging your car’s make and model, your bumper stickers, and identifying details about who’s riding with you, all with little to no oversight. That data has already been used to run searches on ICE’s behalf and to help police stalk their own partners. This isn’t hypothetical. It’s happening in Lowell right now.

At the meeting, one resident spoke against the cameras. The other speaker was the Chief of Police, who lives in Dracut and raved about them. Then the Mayor moved the whole conversation behind closed doors into executive session.

Dunwoody, GA. San Jose, CA. Dane County, WI. Attleboro, MA. All of them have paused or cancelled their Flock contracts, mostly by City Council vote. Lowell can do the same, but only if councilors hear from residents first.

Write to your City Councilor today. Tell them Lowell doesn’t want ALPR cameras, and that existing ones need to come out and contracts need to be cancelled. https://forms.gle/uGhwF8AXZKC8ggsq6

You've probably heard it before: "Democrats are communists." Or “Democratic Socialists want us to become North Korea."

Today we're kicking off a new series, Your Nonpartisan Cheat Sheet for Political Isms, to help sort out what these terms actually mean.

First video: why government and economic systems are two completely separate questions, and why mixing them up is exactly how claims like these spread.

New videos dropping soon — follow along 🎥

We run this economy. 💪

Wages are falling behind for the first time in years, even as corporate profits keep climbing. Health premiums have more than doubled for millions of families. Gas is over $4 a gallon. This regime keeps lining the pockets of the wealthy elite while bleeding the working class dry, and that's not an accident, it's a choice.

That's why the unions are taking to the streets. This Labor Day, Mass 50501 is bringing an art exhibit to the Boston Labor Day Parade, standing shoulder to shoulder with the unions fighting back.

Join us Monday, September 7th at Copley Square, 10 AM. Show up for the unions. Show up for each other. We will continue to stand up for worker's rights. ✊

Massachusetts! Our primary is TOMORROW, September 1st. 🗳️
Every vote is a lock on the door against anyone trying to steal our elections. Show up. Show out.

And while you’re at it: sign the pledge to Protect Our Vote. Defending democracy doesn’t stop at the ballot box, it’s a commitment we make to each other, redline by redline.

📍 Find your polling place. Bring a friend. Vote like your rights depend on it—because they do.

Sign the pledge: link in bio.

63 years after the original March on Washington, a U.S. Army veteran picked up the mic and told her story.

Dolores Porter served 31 years, 8 months, and 24 days in the Army and came home with a letter from President Obama. She says that promise of equal justice hasn't been kept—that her Title VII case was gutted, and that the 7th Circuit has failed her at every turn. This morning she showed up at the March on Washington to tell her story.

Equal justice under law isn't a slogan. It's a promise this country still owes people like Dolores Porter. We stand with her.
