If you have an available unit, this is an opportunity to connect directly with individuals and families who have housing vouchers and are ready to sign leases—while helping create lasting housing stability in our community.

Five members of the Women’s Lunch Place team spent this week in Tucson connecting with shelter leaders and advocates from across the country—and we’re heading home inspired. 💛💚

The National Women’s Shelter Network conference has brought together so many people working hard to create safer, stronger systems for women, children, youth, and families experiencing homelessness.

Our CEO, Jennifer Hanlon Wigon, helped lead several important conversations throughout the week, including discussions about removing barriers to healthcare, nonprofit finance, and the unique role of day shelters serving women.

We had the chance to listen, learn, share what’s working in Boston, and exchange ideas with colleagues from communities nationwide.

Thank you to the National Women's Shelter Network for creating space for our communities to learn from one another and strengthen our shared commitment.

We are stronger together!

Our thanks go out to the Yawkey Foundation for supporting the purchase of our new ovens and helping us meet the rising demand for nutritious meals at Women’s Lunch Place.

Last year, we set a record by preparing over 185,000 meals for women in need. Each meal is a potential entry point to housing, healthcare, and more through our wraparound programs.

Here are some of the delicious things our team has been cooking up with their new ovens 💚💛
