Our team joined JPNDC to celebrate the Grand Opening of Brookley Flats – 45 new homeownership units in Jamaica Plain. The new development prioritized first-time home buyers and boasts 10 studio homes, 23 one-bedroom units, (including 5 artist live-work units), 9 two-bedroom units, and 3 three-bedroom units. Five homes are fully accessible, and the property includes parking spaces. Last week, we toured 41 LaGrange Street and saw firsthand all of the incredible work that went into this development. 41 LaGrange Street is a brand new 19-story residential tower in downtown Boston, with 126 income-restricted rental units - including 70 Permanent Supportive Housing Units (PSH). The building is now officially completed and has started welcoming new residents.

Thank you to POUA, St. Francis House Boston, and Maloney Properties LLC for the tour and your hard work on this very meaningful project & thanks to Boston Housing Authority for their operating support!

Unit lotteries are now complete - but waitlist applications will be accepted at 41lagrangerental.com/applytoday1.
