We're proud to see our own Elisa Beepath recognized by NAPSA. Congratulations, Eli, on this well-deserved recognition! We're grateful to have you on our team 👏💙

Faces of APS 👤✨

Elisa Beepath | Protective Services Regional Manager | Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Behind the title of "APS professional" is a full human being: someone with a life outside of work, a reason they chose this field, and a set of values that keeps them coming back even on the hardest days.

Today, we're honored to spotlight Elisa from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts — a proud NAPSA member and Co-Chair of NAPSA's Development Committee. From developing training materials for new Protective Services workers to co-facilitating presentations at NAPSA conferences on Hoarding Disorder, Elisa has spent her career equipping professionals with the tools to do this work well. She's also led key updates to the Statewide Guardianship Program and the Massachusetts Money Management Program, all while championing a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach over working in silos.

Elisa believes professionalism and joy can coexist, and that authentic connection and a healthy workplace culture ultimately lead to better outcomes for the people APS serves.

Thank you for being a face of APS. 💙
