CDL opportunity for Veterans

The Francine A. LeFrak Foundation / NJRC Veterans CDL Grant Program provides a practical pathway forward. Through commercial driver’s license training, permit assistance, job-readiness support, and employment-placement assistance, eligible veterans can prepare for stable careers in the transportation industry.

This opportunity is about more than earning a license. It is about restoring independence, rebuilding financial security, supporting families, and creating a sustainable future after military service.

Veterans have demonstrated discipline, responsibility, and commitment in service to our nation. These same strengths can support successful careers as professional commercial drivers.

U.S. veterans, returning citizens, and court-involved individuals are encouraged to inquire about eligibility. Qualifying veterans may receive fully funded CDL training through the generous support of the Francine A. LeFrak Foundation.
