Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness will never be forgotten.

As we spend time with family and friends this Memorial Day, let us also take a moment to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy because of those who gave everything to protect them.

From all of us at the Boonville Police Department, we thank our fallen heroes and their families for their sacrifice.

Help us welcome Officer E.Abell, our newest officer.

National Police Week is a time to recognize the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of the men and women who serve in law enforcement across our nation.

Behind every badge is a person who willingly answers difficult calls, works long hours, and puts the safety of others before their own. This week also serves as a solemn reminder of the officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty and the families who continue to carry that loss every day.
We also honor the spouses, children, and loved ones who stand behind our officers with strength and support through every shift and every sacrifice.

During National Police Week, may we pause to remember the fallen, support those who continue to serve, and express gratitude for the commitment and courage shown by law enforcement officers in communities everywhere.
