- Justin Carrol Deal, 46, Marshalltown, and, Ryan Dale Dunn, 40, Marshalltown, appeared in District Court for a jury trial on the charge of Burglary 1st Degree, a Class B Felony. Justin Deal faced the additional charges of Domestic Abuse Assault 3rd, a Class D Felony; and, Assault Causing Bodily Injury, a Serious Misdemeanor.
