PSA- Counties around the state are reporting that residents are receiving toll scam messages via text. A notice appearing like the photo seen here represents an outstanding traffic violation. This is a scam.
Scammers are very convincing and make it look convincing to the public eye.
Courts do not text citizens requesting this information.

Superior Civil Court and District Criminal Court are canceled for Monday, February 23rd, 2026. Courthouse will open at 10am.

District Criminal Court is canceled for Monday, January 26th, 2026. The Clerk’s Office and courthouse will open at 10am.

UPDATE: Due to deteriorating conditions this morning, the Clerk’s Office and courthouse are now CLOSED for Monday January 26th, 2026.
