Boosting Bono!
The Bono Busy Ladies is a club which meets in the Bono Senior Center. They are involved in many ways in making Bono better. One thing they do is to provide a community meal on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at the Bono Senior Center(photos from the most recent meal). Everyone is invited to the meal and admission is by donation. The funds collected go towards several community projects. We are proud to have the Bono Busy Ladies in our city.

Whole Youth Services will be at the Bono Community Center on Monday & Thursday at 9am and at 12pm for grab and go meals for three days. They do not have financial requirements all you will do is sign your kids name. Bono Community Room 100 Woodland Trails.

Boosting Bono!
Emily Welch is doing her part in making a better Bono! She will be hosting a fitness class for women on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 7:30, and on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30. This will be happening at Legacy Park near the walking track throughout the summer. What a great way to boost your health while meeting new friends!! If you need to call, the number is 870 761 2301. Boosting Bono!
Good morning and happy Monday. This morning, I am excited to tell you about the city of Bono’s partnership with Whole Youth Services from Jonesboro. Whole Youth Services will be coming to the Bono community building at 100 Woodland trails every Monday and Thursday throughout the summer and giving out free meals to children under 18 years of age. There is no income restriction on this. The only criteria is the children have to be between zero and 18 years of age. 
Each child can get enough breakfast lunch and a snack to last three days. If you have children under the age of 18, we are inviting you to come on out and take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. This is just one more way. We are making a better, Bono.

Boosting Bono!
The thing that I am excited and proud about today is our low-cost spay and neuter clinic, which took place this week. By the time today is over there will have been 173 dogs and cats spayed and neutered in 2 1/2 days. These animals came from all over Northeast Arkansas and some even from in Missouri. Many were Bono animals. Overtime, this will make a difference in our feral cat and stray dog population. This is one of the things that will make Bono and Northeast Arkansas a better place. Thanks to Marked Tree Animal Rescue for bringing this amazing and successful clinic to Bono.

Our featured business this week is NEA Performance Plus, 10171 Highway 63 in Bono. Owned and operated by our local friends, Jason Cline and Chad Davis.
