A relaxing fireplace room with a sectional couch that you won’t want to leave features a classic river rock fireplace with a modern electric fireplace for a cozy retreat – above the fireplace, you can enjoy Xfinity HDTV cable on the new 65” Samsung TV. The luxurious master bedroom has a king bed and new 32” Samsung TV mounted to the wall with a 6 ft sliding door walk out to the lanai as well as a deluxe walk-in closet and newly remodelled en-suite bathroom, featuring a modern double-sink marble vanity and spa-like walk-in shower with soothing flat rock tile. The second master bedroom is located in the other wing of the home for your privacy and features a king bed with new 32” Samsung mounted TV as well as a walk-in closet and a newly-renovated full bathroom with granite vanity located across from the bedroom. The 3rd bedroom, a spacious double bunk room (sleeps 4) with walk-in closet, allows for more guests or visitors – great for kids or adults. The private screened-in lanai pool is made for entertaining or relaxing with your morning coffee or evening cocktail and features a new 6-person dining table with 2 overhead tropical fans. You’ll be in your vacation zone when you enjoy a swim in the 14’ x 28’ solar heated (always 13 degrees warmer than the Gulf) pool followed by a relaxing poolside outdoor warm-water shower. If you choose to experience the tropical relaxation of indoor / outdoor living, just open the 22 feet of sliding glass doors from the home to the lanai. The deep-set, large private lot is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and features several palm trees, mango and papaya trees, cacti and regional landscaping.
