The Bonduel Area Fire Department is looking for people who live in the Village of Bonduel or Town of Hartland and want to serve their community in a meaningful way.
We are a paid-on-call department. You live your normal day to day life, and when a call comes in, you respond. You could be at home, at work, or with your family, and in a moment, you are helping someone who needs it.
This role carries real responsibility. You are responding to fires, crashes, and medical emergencies. You are there when people are having one of the worst days of their lives.
We take that seriously.
This is also a commitment. You are expected to make time for it. Regular attendance at meetings, training, and incident responses is required. The department depends on people who show up and stay consistent.
You will be trained to handle these situations with confidence and professionalism. Training follows Wisconsin SPS 330 standards, along with all required health and safety guidelines. That includes compliance with PPE requirements and facial hair policies to ensure proper respirator seal and firefighter safety.
This is a great opportunity for someone who: • Wants to give back to the community
• Is willing to commit time for training and response
• Can stay calm and focused under pressure
• Works well as part of a team
What we offer: • Paid-on-call compensation
• Hands-on training and certifications
• A strong team environment
• The chance to make a real impact locally
No prior experience is required. We will provide the training you need.
If you are ready to make the commitment and be part of something that truly matters, consider joining the Bonduel Area Fire Department.
